BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for booking with JL Property Management. We hope you enjoy your stay.

AFTER HOURS For emergency access issues, contact us on 02 44 721 301 and this will transfer to our after-hours number . Life-threatening emergencies, call 000.

KEYS Lost keys incur a re-keying fee ($25-$250). Lost/damaged remotes cost $150 + GST. Lockouts incur a $100 call-out fee.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

  • No parties, functions, or unlawful activities.
  • Guests must report and pay for damages.
  • Secure the property; theft or damage due to neglect is the guest’s responsibility.
  • No excessive noise or disturbances.
  • Follow Body Corporate rules.
  • No smoking inside; dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Leave the property clean and tidy; remove rubbish, clean dishes, fridge, BBQ, and turn off appliances.
  • Do not move furniture.

BBQ GAS REFILL Replace BBQ gas via swap-and-go, send receipt and bank details for reimbursement to holidays@jlpm.com.au

CHECK OUT

  • Check-out is 10 am; return keys to the lockbox.
  • Remove rubbish, clean BBQ ($110 fee if not cleaned), wash and put away dishes.
  • Secure the property.

TRAVEL INSURANCE We recommend travel insurance for cancellations, medical expenses, and lost belongings.

PERSONAL PROPERTY JLPM is not responsible for lost/damaged items. Report lost items within 24 hours; postage costs apply for retrieval.

RENTAL RATE Rates are subject to change. Verbal quotes are estimates only and require written confirmation.

EQUIPMENT BREAKDOWN Appliances may break down; repairs may be delayed. No refunds for non-working equipment.

Pets are allowed ONLY in pet-friendly properties. Guests must clean up after pets and keep them off the furniture. Extra cleaning fees apply.

INSPECTIONS JLPM may inspect the property if terms are breached. If occupancy is terminated, guests must vacate immediately.
